As a business or registered user of LINKA, you maintain sole operational responsibility for:
• All data, information, and instructions you enter into the platform
• The document requests you configure and distribute to clients
• Reviewing, verifying, and deciding upon documents submitted by your clients
• Maintaining appropriate legal authorization for all personal data you process
• Complying with all industry-specific compliance and regulatory standards
LINKA is provided as an online software-as-a-service application on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain dependable service reliability, availability may occasionally be impacted by scheduled routine maintenance, emergency security updates, unforeseen technical issues, infrastructure provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee 100% continuous uptime or warrant that the service will operate without interruptions or delays.
LINKA may rely on established third-party services and infrastructure providers to deliver specific platform capabilities, including hosting, email delivery, authentication, payment processing, or operational infrastructure.
While we select reputable providers, LINKA is not liable for disruptions, network latencies, or service failures arising directly from third-party platforms.
All rights, title, and interest in and to LINKA—including its software, source code, user interfaces, branding, visual styling, documentation, and the Linka.to product name—are and remain the exclusive property of Talatash Digital Marketing Service or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for internal business operations in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute any part of LINKA.
Your privacy is paramount. All information collected, submitted, or processed through LINKA is governed by the official LINKA Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use administrative features of LINKA ceases immediately.
As an active, evolving software product, LINKA may from time to time introduce new features, enhance existing tools, or modify or discontinue certain workflows. We do not warrant that any specific feature will remain permanently unchanged.
These Terms may be revised, updated, or modified periodically. When updates occur, the revised version will be published directly on this page with an updated Effective Date.
Your continued access or use of LINKA following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your legal agreement to be bound by the revised terms.

By accessing, browsing, or using the LINKA platform, website (linka.to), or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Talatash Digital Marketing Service ("Talatash", "we", "us", or "our").
If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an employer, company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with every provision in these Terms, you must not access or use LINKA.
LINKA is an operational document request, tracking, and follow-up management platform built specifically for businesses that regularly require documentation from clients, job candidates, applicants, or customers. LINKA centralizes and streamlines the administrative workflow of requesting and gathering necessary paperwork.
• Creating organized document requests for clients or candidates
• Generating dedicated, secure document request links
• Receiving submitted client documents through guided submission interfaces
• Tracking real-time document submission status and outstanding items
• Sending structured follow-up communications for missing documents
• Managing request workflows until all required documents are collected
Operational Scope Clarification: LINKA is strictly an operational workflow tool. LINKA does not provide document verification, identity verification, optical character recognition (OCR), legal advice, or forensic document validation.
To access administrative features and create document requests, businesses must register for a LINKA account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update your account details.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your account access. You are fully responsible for all activities and transactions conducted under your account. You agree to notify LINKA immediately at hello@linka.to if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.
Businesses using LINKA may enter information regarding their clients, job candidates, applicants, contacts, or other individuals as part of their document-request workflows.
The business using LINKA is solely responsible for ensuring that it has the appropriate authority, legitimate interest, consents, and lawful basis required under applicable data privacy laws to collect, input, process, and transmit such personal data through LINKA, and to request documentation from those individuals.
LINKA enables businesses to configure requests specifying which documents a client or candidate must provide, and to distribute unique, secure request links via email or direct transmission.
The business is strictly responsible for: selecting the documents it requests; providing accurate instructions; communicating appropriately with clients or candidates; and reviewing submitted documents promptly.
Important Operational Scope & Review Responsibility:
LINKA receives documents submitted through its document-request workflow. LINKA does NOT automatically determine whether a submitted document is correct, authentic, complete, valid, or appropriate for the requested category. LINKA does NOT automatically reject a submission because the uploaded file may not match the requested document. The business receiving the document is solely responsible for reviewing the submission.
LINKA provides a digital reception workflow that organizes files into clear checklists. LINKA does not verify identity, examine file contents, conduct optical character recognition (OCR), perform AI verification, or authenticate signatures.
The business remains solely responsible for examining, verifying, and approving or rejecting each submitted file according to its internal requirements, legal standards, and industry compliance rules.
LINKA is designed to facilitate document collection and follow-ups. LINKA is not intended to function as a permanent document-storage or archival service.
Businesses should download, export, and retain submitted documents according to their own operational, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. LINKA does not guarantee indefinite retention of submitted documents.
You agree to use LINKA only for lawful business purposes and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use LINKA to:
• Violate applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Abuse, harass, defame, threaten, or intimidate other individuals
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, administrative systems, or related networks
• Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, malware, or harmful files
• Interfere with, disable, or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of LINKA
• Misuse, manipulate, or intercept secure document-request tokens or links
• Use LINKA for fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive purposes
