LINKA is an operational tool designed to facilitate document requests, collection, and follow-ups. LINKA is not intended to be a permanent document storage system or long-term record repository.

Businesses should download and retain submitted documents according to their own operational, legal, and compliance requirements. Businesses remain solely responsible for maintaining permanent archives in accordance with their regulatory obligations.

6. Secure Links

LINKA uses unique, secure request links to allow clients or candidates to submit requested documents without unnecessary friction. Each secure link is cryptographically associated with a specific document request and its designated recipient.

Clients or candidates do not need to create or maintain a LINKA user account simply to submit documents through their designated secure link.

7. Email Communications

LINKA may send transactional document requests, reminder notices, follow-up messages, and essential platform notifications on behalf of the business initiating the request.

All official LINKA public communications, support interactions, and automated request dispatches originate exclusively from hello@linka.to. LINKA does not sell, rent, or market to client or candidate email addresses provided by business users.

LINKA may utilize trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate essential platform features, including cloud infrastructure hosting, transactional email delivery, user authentication, and payment processing.

These third-party providers have access only to the minimal information required to perform their authorized platform functions and are bound by appropriate security and confidentiality obligations.

The business receiving the document is solely responsible for reviewing and determining whether the submission is acceptable.

For total clarity: LINKA does NOT perform automated document verification, OCR text extraction, automated authenticity checks, content analysis, or automated rejections of uploaded files.
